About Us

Salsa Estrellas was founded in 1998 in Milton Keynes, hosting salsa classes, workshops and club nights in and around the Milton Keynes area. From those humble beginnings our aim has always been to bring salsa to the people of Buckinghamshire and the surrounding counties in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Now involved with clubs and promoting salsa across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire, we are known for the fantastic atmosphere in our clubs – all races, ages and sexes, pumping beats, exploding passion, and not a sequin or fake tan in sight.



Today as an ever growing force in the salsa world, Salsa Estrellas are recognised for our friendly professionalism and  quality teaching. With the benefit of the recent UK Salsa Professional Champions and national performance teams we cover all levels of salsa from the penguin footed absolute beginners to the very advanced. With bonus classes in other major Latin styles such as Bachata, Cha Cha Cha, Merengue and Kizomba our mission remains to offer classes / workshops / events for all abilities and ages in a friendly and relaxed manner.



Our club nights run on a weekly basis throughout the year allowing you to  to do as many or as few classes per week as you please at a level to suit you. Absolute beginners are welcome every week and on all club nights allowing you start whenever the fancy takes you. In keeping with the relaxed atmosphere of our clubs dress code at our club nights is relaxed and our events informal, appealing to avid salseros and beginners alike.



Salsa Estrellas also participate in events for other organisations such as Breakthrough Breast Cancer and Bedford Borough Council and have played their part in annual music festivals across all three counties.

Salsa Estrellas can arrange and manage anything from a fun workshop for a private function to a show with dancers for a company annual ball. With two dance teams available for shows and performances, as well as taking fun lessons we are ideal for your corporate events, or parties. We are able to supply everything needed for a memorable evening of salsa, including Latin DJ’s, Live bands and all required PA equipment. Equally you can always bring your party to us at a special entrance rate, just contact us in advance with numbers and we’ll get you in and wiggling!
